Global Compensation strategy and design, base pay assessment, associate incentive and bonus plans, executive retention plans, compensation communication and administration, and outside resource management and administration responsibilities.
Managing the other HR central functions including HR Systems, Recruiting/HR Policies and Procedures, and company-wide Organizational Development.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, business, finance or equivalent.
MBA and professional certifications preferred.
8 - 10 years experience in leading corporate compensation functions.
Expert in variety of compensation and consulting plans/programs (such as executive compensation/retention plans and legal regulations)
Experience designing and administering compensation and stock options plans in a high tech/dotcom work environment.
Strong oral and persuasive communication and presentation skills.
Innovative business and HR thinker, strong analytical and financial acumen.
